Una famiglia di estremo pregio quella di Cristall del Chirone da Clinton II per StPrSt Schneekönigin del Chirone (Singular Joter/Servus/Gotthard) acquistata nel 1999 alle aste di Verden alla sensazionale cifra di 91.800,00 DM. Fattrice Premiata dallo Stato, anche lei, come la mamma e la nonna, è iscritta nel PSH. StPrSt Schneekönigin ha prodotto St.Pr.St. Fabienne da Fabriano madre del vincitore assoluto nel 2009 del Campionato di salto in libertà riservato ai puledri di 3 anni fratello pieno di Edward (EmbassyI/Fabriano/Singular Joter), stallone statale di Celle, vincitore nel 2008 del Performance test di Adelheidsdorf. Nasce l’Associazione Allevatori Hannoveraner Italia Il 29 marzo scorso a Montevarchi alla presenza del dott. Ludwig Christmann, quale rappresentante dell’Hannoveraner Verband di Verden, si è costituita “l’Associazione Hannoveraner Italia”, il cui scopo è quello di promuovere e favorire in Italia l’allevamento del cavallo Hannoveraner inteso non solo come prodotto di qualità, ma anche come seria e professionale organizzazione tedesca. Durante l’assemblea costituente è stato eletto il Consiglio Direttivo così composto: Presidente Bruna de Paolis; Vicepresidente Salvatore Basile; Amm. Delegato Birgit Schröeppel; Tesoriere Angela Cassani; Consiglieri: Silvia Baroncelli; Bruno Funari e Lorenzo Frazzetta.
I tempi erano ormai maturi, sono infatti molti anni che numerosi allevatori italiani seguono la politica e la filosofia della Verband di Verden ottenendo risultati di grandissimo prestigio in Germania; ed è proprio in funzione di essi e del rilevante numero degli stessi presenti sul nostro territorio che si è avvertita la necessità di unire gli sforzi profusi da ogni singolo e di riunirsi in un’associazione che raggruppi gli allevatori, i proprietari ed anche gli appassionati di questa razza sotto un tetto italiano, ma sotto la supervisione della "casa madre tedesca".
Tra i soci fondatori presenti alcuni dei più prestigiosi allevamenti italiani come: l’Alsada, la Bassanella, il Chirone, il Colle, l’allevamento Funari “F”, La Magnifica, Le Tre Querce, Valleluva e l’allevamento Zancle.
L’Hannoveraner Italia sarà una delle circoscrizioni in cui è suddivisa anche in Germania l’Hannoveraner Verband con gli stessi diritti e gli stessi doveri i cui rappresentanti interverranno nel consiglio annuale di Verden portando le osservazioni dei loro associati.
Tra gli intenti dell’ Associazione “Hannoveraner Italia” quello di organizzare, le rassegne fattrici, le selezioni per le aste, le rassegne puledri e relativa marchiatura.
Anche in Italia, come già avviene in Germania per gli allevatori tedeschi, saranno organizzati convegni e forum su vari temi di tecnica di allevamento, addestramento e commercializzazione del cavallo sportivo. Il primo evento organizzato dall’Associazione si terrà il 18/21 giugno 2009 e sarà la rassegna per l’iscrizione delle fattrici.

Senford del Chirone (Stakkato/Don Juan/ Wienerwald) was born.
In 2005 Syria del Chirone was born, a very beautiful horse who confirmed all our expectations and those of her owner who really admires her; in 2007 Scaglietti del Chirone was born; in 2008 we were hoping for a female but a male was born, but what a male!!! Donna Dinara del Chirone had already surprised us once; after the two chestnut horses the horse of this year is grey; Senford del Chirone is a very handsome horse with great streaks, excellent gait, and has already conquerred all with his honours. Bohème del Chirone: our “opera”!
Opera is a genre of theatre and music where the action on the stage combines both music and song. Bohème del Chirone (Berlin/Contender/Lord) is our “opera allevatoriale”, masterpiece of an intelligent and very characteristic horse: belonging to Stamm 8769, the same as the stallion Come On, Buehne was the one who characterized the same family of Thormähelen and Holstain. In fact, Buehne in addition to winning in jumping for more than 70 times, left a heritage of stallions and mares who contributed to the success of this important genealogical tree. Star One del Chirone was born from Staron da Raphael’s Girl (Raphael/Calypso II/Gotthard)
Last year a splendid female was born from Raphael’s Girl and Stakkato, who is brought up with a real sport morphology and temperament. This year a splendid male was born, son of Staron (Stakkato/Calypso II/Alexander) who has not yet decided if he will be distinguished in jumping or dressage; one thing is clear he is simply a fantastic foal with superb gait. of an embrio-transfer, which is really a precious gift. It is the dream of each breeder to have a filly from a family like St.Pr.St. Garde, daughter of Graphit and St.Pr.St. Gandria, she is also Premiata dallo Stato, daughter of Gotthard, base of Hanover breeding and, going back to her sire Goldfisch II, taking the most famous line “G”.
His sire is Staron (Stakkato/Calypso II/Alexander) registered in ’04 in the prestigious Breeding Programme of Salto dell’Hanover, the only winner for 7 years of the first cat. S at Youngsters-Tour ad Elmlohe. In 2008 he became vice-champion at the stallions’ competition in Germany!

September 2007: Chirone stud farm in continuous development.
Our stud farm was enriched with the purchase of five horse who represent the top of the Hannover production. We are talking of four beautiful foals (two males and two females) and of an extraordinary two year old filly who will give us great satisfaction. We introduce them: Tornado del Chirone, Lambertus del Chirone, Salimera del Chirone, Sina del Chirone and Emily del Chirone.
Tornado is a beautiful dark bay show jumping horse, son of Toronto x St.Pr. Elfi (Embassy x Don Juan x Wienerwald), the full sister to our Excellent; one of the best four year old stallions who are competing in Germany, ridden by the German rider Hilmar Meyer, is achieving a series of important sports successes.
Lambertus is a fascinating foal with superlative basic gaits belonging to an extraordinary stamm. His mother descends from the Holsteiner 318d2 stamm, the same as the approved stallions Chello I and II, and also Corofino I and II, Camiros and Coriano, handsome horse performer ridden by Judy-Ann Melchior.
Salimera is a filly of beautiful model, with excellent gaits and a great genetic line. A high number of horses and foals belonging to this damline have been selected and sold for considerable prices at elite auctions in Verden like Skywalker (Sandro Hit x Donnerhall), foal beaten for France for 103,000 euro in 2006. An elevated number of horses belonging to this stamm are also achieving excellent sport results both in dressage and in show jumping.
Sina is a concentrate of founders stallions, the best genetic characteristics for jumping horses. She comes from the same damline as the approved stallions Colani Cordame Z, Royal Z I and II and Landrover, and the jumpers Calimero and Pepe winners in show jumping S category. In 2006 his full brother was selected for Verden elite auctions and was sold in Switzerland.
Emily derives from a precious damline from which come approved stallions, successful international jumpers and foals selected for elite auctions in Verden beaten for considerable prices.In 2007 the full brother to Emily, a high quality and promising young horse, qualified extremely well for the finals of the German championship. Belonging to stamm 8769, the same as the stallion Come On, she maintains the strong character and the willingness to work which distinguish this great family.
Chirone stud farm purchased a beautiful and very important broodmare who represent the best of the Holsteiner production: Nesquick del Chirone (Contender x Lord x Thuswin xx). Nesquick belongs to stamm 8790, the same as Buehne, which has greatly characterized Thormähelen and Holstein breeding. Buehne, in fact, besides winning more than 70 times in show jumping, she has also produced several stallions and broodmares which have contributed to the success of this important genealogical tree.
Before devoting herself to sport competitions, mated with the thoroughbred Thuswin, she produced Traco, who was a successful jumper in the 1980s, and Fabiolis who was destined to breeding. Retired from sport competitions, Buehne has continued her career as broodmare producing stallions like Castor and Ferdinand-W and excellent broodmares like Rauberin, Talenta and Suehne (by Landgraf I). All of them, thanks to their important genetic characteristics, have contributed to the success of this family which is a mine of great stallions: Thunder and his brother Wunder Boy de Zuuthoeve, Lord Caletto from Fabiolis line, Corronell, Landucci and Sarento by Rauberin, Quistello, Lamont, Come On, and Cheers Cassini by Suehne, Landfein and Capuccino by Telenta, just to mention some. European Dressage Championiship.
A further confirmation of the value of our bloodlines, a further success for Chirone stud farm.
We are working well, our role as breeders is very important for the production of high quality horses. It’s not a coincidence that all the successes achieved in the main European stud books derive from particular bloodlines and it’s not a coincidence that our attention is always directed towards those bloodlines who have repeatedly produced excellent breeders and performers.
Keltec Salinero (Hann.1993 by Salieri x Lungau) and his Dutch horsewoman Anky Van Grunsven, once again, on the occasion of the first Italian edition of the European Dressage Championiship, proved to be an excellent couple: gold medal in the Grand Prix Kür and second place in the Special Grand Prix.
Hunter Douglas Sunrise (Hann. 1994, Singular Joter x Werter), ridden by Imke Schellekens-Bartels in the above-mentioned Championiship, achieved excellent results (bronze medal in the Grand Prix Kür and third place in the Special Grand Prix) showing his excellent qualities.
The successes achieved by these two excellent athletes are something to be proud of for our stud-farm that has invested a lot in these bloodlines.
The fact that four of our fillies represent the best of the Hanover production for genetics, attitude and blood is a clear demonstration of the validity of our breeding project. We are talking of Salinera I , Salinera II, For Olympia and Filira.
Salinera I and Salinera II del Chirone are the full sisters to Keltec Salinero while the second mother of For Olympia del Chirone (Hann. 2004, For Pleasure x Calypso II x Werther) is the mother to Hunter Douglas Sunrise and full sister to Wyoming second mother of Filira del Chirone (Hann. 2004, Fly High x Escudo I x Werter).

Grand Prix Kür: the declarations of the protagonists.
Anky Van Grunsven (Holland) is happy about the result obtained and has declared that Keltec Salinero was always calm and relaxed both during the warm up and the competition.
Satchmo 78 ridden by Isabell Werth (Germany) was brilliant but the horsewoman took many risks to try to win and in certain points the horse was not perfect, in the pirouette, for example, and in the lengthened trot.
Imke Schellekens-Bartels (Holland) Hunter Douglas Sunrise, even if a bit tired, he remained concentrated and soft offering the best possible performance.
On the margins of the Grand Prix Kür result, a statistical consideration as regards the German breeding: the horses awarded a medal are all Hanoveraner and their year of birth is 1994. Date: 10/09/2007

An extraordinary horse, a fascinating and invincible couple.
The team competition, which took place in the first two days, was won by Holland, after a hard fight against Germany, winner of 21 editions of the event.
Individual competitions were animated by the fight between two eternal rivals, the German Isabell Werth and the Dutch Anky van Grunsven, who alternatively achieved the first position on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd September. Date: 05/09/2007

Congratulations del Chirone was born.
His father is Come On (Cactus x Landgraf I), his mother is Cronik del Chirone (Capitol I x Ladykiller xx). Now he is bay but he will certainly become grey, he has four white streaks and he is really very handsome. He is full of life with a good conformation and very correct aplombs. At the moment he reminds us of Ladykiller II but we don’t know how much he will change by growing up.
We were really longing for this foal and we were thinking of a very special name for him like Chirone but then we considered that Chirone del Chirone didn’t sound nice so we opted for Congratulations del Chirone, a beautiful name for such a promising foal. Date: 05/07/2007
His Highness passed away.
Elegance and expressiveness were the qualities that distinguished the great His Highness. The young dressage stallion His Highness (Han. 2000 by Hoenstein x Donnerhall), sire of Hold Spice and Hera del Chirone, was slaughtered owing to a bad accident which caused him the fracture of the back fetlock. Veterinaries did their best to save him but unfortunately their efforts were useless.
Winner of the Performance Test, with an extraordinary personality and an innate sovereignty, thanks to his excellent gaits, his great elegance and expressiveness, this dark bay stallion, the most acclaimed winner of the 2002 stallions licensing in Verden, was sold when he was only two years old for the incredible price of 515.000.
When he was only seven years old he was already distinguishing himself as breeder and in sport competitions. His production includes 4 stallions approved in Hanover and several foals chosen for elite auctions. Date: 02/06/2007
Anky van Grunsven, the Dutch 2007 dressage champion, has recently returned to ride Salinero
While Salinera I and Salinera II del Chirone (both full sisters to Keltec Salinero - Han. 1994 Salieri x Lungau) are growing in splendid paddocks in the beautiful countryside and typical nature of Bassa Sassonia; on the occasion of the Dutch Dressage Championship, Anky Van Grunsven, riding Salinero, returned to achieve great successes after her maternity leave. She achieved excellent results in three competitions and she won her 13th national title. This excellent couple is proving to be invincible and it has much more value if we consider that van Grunsvenn has just returned to ride and that she achieved the victory with 15 percentage points more than the 2° classified Imke Schellekens Bartels riding Sunrise (Han. 1994, Singular Joter x Werter). He is the son of our extraordinary Barbie Girl and of Montender (by Contender x Burggraaf), approved KWPN stallion: KWPN; Holst; Old; A.E.S.; Hann; Westf.; Bayern; great international and Olympic champion at Athens 2004, winner of a team gold medal at the CH-EU-S San Patrignano in 2005 and of the individual European Championship ridden by the young German rider Marco Kutscher.

Another purchase of high genetic value for Chirone stud farm.
She combines in herself the valuable blood of For Pleasure, Chasseur I, Zeus and the precious blood of Golstern, who is, in our humble opinion, the best of Gotthard’s sons.
She is a bay filly born the 6th of February 2007, her name is Free Your Mind and she is the daughter of For Edition and of Charen (Chasseur I x Zeus x Golstern), winner of the prize 1A. Her sire For Edition , entered in the prestigious Hanoverian Breeding Jumping Program, is the son of Forsyt by For Pleasure.
For Pleasure honoured as the best “Stallion of the Year” in 2000, turned out to be the sixth best horse in Germany for the amounts won in 2003. He is without doubt one of the greatest jumpers in the last few years. In his palmares stand out 5 Gold Medals won at the Olympics, at the World Championships and at the European Championships ridden by Lars Nieberg and Marcus Ehning.
For Pleasure, always at the top of the ranking of stallions sires of winners in show jumping, is esteemed sire of approved stallions, of States Premium broodmares (StPrSt) and of sons who compete in show jumping. The damline of For Pleasure is excellent, the mother Gigantin, is the daughter of the son of the legendary Grannus excellent breeder who left a lasting mark both in show jumping and in breeding producing numerous winners in CSIO. After the lesion of a ligament, occurred last year in June, that caused the end of his sports career, For Pleasure (Hanoverian born in 1994 by Furioso II x Grannus), one of the best stallions in international show jumping, has been officially retired from sporting activity. The farewell ceremony has taken place at the end of May 2006, on the occasion of CHIO in Aquisgrana, in one of the fields where he has been appreciated and celebrated several times. For Pleasure will continue his respected and appreciated career as breeder.
The second dam Zarena (Zeus x Goldstern), vice-champion at Dobrock, Championship devoted to show jumping horses, at the Mare Performance Test she received an excellent score in jumping: 10 for technique and 10 for strength. She has also entered the Hanoverian Breeding Jumping Program falling within the best 5% of the best Hanoverian broodmares rankings.
The qualification to the above-mentioned Championship (Dobrock) is only achieved by getting the first place in the various stages of the selection. Horses are examined by prestigious and severe judges who, besides the clear round, also judge the technique, the strength of each single jump, the rideability and the stage of training of each foal.
From this stamm descend VA Zaperlot FRH (by Zeus) and the stallion Zampano, highly appreciated jumper in Germany. Date: 14/04/2007
Saphora del Chirone (Stakkato - Raphael - Calypso II) was born

She is the direct daughter of the legendary Raphael (Ramiro x Abhang I x Wotan), westfalen stallion born in 1979, one of the best descendants of the founder Ramiro, Vice champion of Korung in 1981 in Oldenburg, he won the third place in the Performance Test at Adelheisdsorf. In Hanoverian breed, Raphael has produced world-famous horses both in show jumping and in dressage. In Germany his production includes 260 registered broodmares, 43 of them are States Premium broodmares and 15 approved stallions, 9 of them are registered in Hanover. In the WBFSH (World Breeding Federation of Sport Horses) he is at the 31st position in the period 1992-2001 and at the 16th position in the season 2000-01.

Beautiful foal with a sorrel mantle, son of Stakkato, the best stallion in jumping in Germany and of one of the legendary Don Juan’s daughters, a cross between two successful horses of Hanoverian breeding. His mother, Donna Dinara del Chirone has been prepared for her debut in a very important stud farm in Germany. She debuted in 2003 in the 4 - years - old German Championiship and she placed highly in all the competitions she entered.
She has entered the Hanoverian Breeding Jumping Program falling within the best 5% of the best Hanoverian broodmares rankings.

Salinera II (Salieri x Lungau x Pik Bube II) was born
A very important bay filly who for genetics, disposition and bloodline represents the best of Hanoverian production. She is the flower of our stud farm. Salinera del Chirone is the full sister to Keltec Salinero and Seven Up.
Salinero (Hanoverian born in 1993 by Salieri x Lungau) is already one of the world-famous horses.
In 2003 and in 2005 he won the Dutch Dressage Championships, in 2004 he led his horsewoman Anky Van Grunsven to the victory at the Athens Olympics and the following year he won the gold medal at the European Championships. In 2006, ridden by the same Dutch champion, he won, for the third time in a row, the final of Dressage World Cup that took place in Amsterdam at the end of April. This excellent couple has proved to be invincible.
His full brother Seven Up (Hanoverian born in 1994 by Salieri x Lungau), one year younger, follows successfully his famous brother. In fact, he also took part in Athens Olympics in 2004 with the Korean show jumping team.
It’s the first time in the history of equestrian Olympic Games that two full brothers compete and win in two different disciplines.

Thanks to his morphology, temperament and disposition, together with excellent genetic characteristics which he derives from his mother, this beautiful sorrel foal is considered a horse of excellent prospects. Beautiful bay filly Filly belonging to a very prestigious bloodline chosen for the “Fohlenchampionat" finals, a championship devoted to the best foals in Germany. Capabanca’s damline is extremely prestigious. From the same damline descends Argument, States Celle stallion sire of winners both in dressage and in show jumping. Both the dam StPrSt Adura (Acord II x Calipso I) and the grandmother StPrSt Wedura (Wendekreis x Don Juan), States Premium broodmares, entered the Hanoverian Breeding Jumping Program.
