About us
The stud farm “Il Chirone”, confronting with
the greatest European stud farms, is always looking for new bloodlines both in jumping and
in dressage, confirming, however, those who have already developed a good reputation.
We work with passion and determination to breed and increase the number of foals who are
destined to become excellent partners for any rider and, why not, foals destined to become
future champions.
In order to obtain such results, we have carried out a careful selection of broodmares, a
selection which at the present time is directed towards the German bloodlines of Hanover,
where the great experience together with a breeding policy are the best guarantees.
Our foals are the result of the crossbreeding of broodmares selected for disposition,
genetics and model with the best world-famous stallions.
All the foals in the stud farm grow up in magnificent paddocks surrounded by the beautiful
nature typical of Low Saxony, which allows them to develop in the most natural way.
Their supervision is constant. Since their birth, the foals together with their mothers
are supervised and assisted by specialized veterinarians and by highly-qualified staff
which take care of them and their feeding.
Tamers are a constant presence which permits them to acquire from the beginning absolute
trust that they keep also when they are trained. The basic preparation is entrusted to the
experience and the professionalism of German riders specialized in the training of young
horses who with great ability exalt and enhance their disposition.
Their training occurs in a mild and gradual way which allows them to become excellent
competition partners for their riders in the near future.
After the first breaking in they are set free again until the age of 3 when they begin to
be trained for the proper sporting activity which begins with free jumping.
