Genetics

Her sire Staron is the son to Stakkato who has been the best German stallion for years with the incredible index of 170 scores in jumping. He was German Champion at the age of five with the score of 9,9 (never obtained before) and German Vice – Champion at the age of six. In 2003 he won the German Championship with the horsewoman E. Bitter, 2nd place at the G.P. in Hamburg and in Münich. His sons are in great demand like the stallion Stolzenberg, who, at the age of two, was sold to the koerung in Verden for 320.000 marks; or Sarioso, who, when he was only five months old, was the top-price at the foals auction in Verden in 2002 for 55.000 Euro. Her dam Copacabana is the daughter to Calypso II, sire of stallions like Contender, Coriolan, Crazy Classic, Chasseur I e II etc. From this damline descend international winners in dressage and show jumping like: Carmina Burana St.Pr.St., the best broodmare in Germany in 1998 and winner of the Ratje-Niebuhrschau 2000; Weltall, winner in the Grand Prix of dressage when he was only 8 years old; and stallions like Graf Aramis, Pinocchio, Power Prince, Iroko, Ludwig von Bayern and the international horse Aramis 48 belonging to F. Sloothaak.
Staron Staron was the best stallion in jumping at 2001 licensing and the winner of Free Jumping Championship with the richest jackpot of Germany. At the Performance Test in 2002 he proved to the best jumping stallion: 1st classified with the incredible score of 9,09 and obtaining four times the score of 10 in jumping. His other indices are very high: for the character he earned a score of 8,5; disposition 9,0; willingness to perform 9,0; constitution 9,0; gaits 8,5; trot 8,0; gallop 8,5! In 2004 he entered the prestigious Hanoverian Breeding Jumping Program and at the age of six he won in Germany and in 2005 he began to achieve his first placements in Grand Prix. Staron’s sons, born in Germany in 2003 and in Italy in 2004, are excellent for bloodline and superlative movements and have already achieved many recognitions in foals inspections both in Germany and in Italy. In 2005 his three-year-old son Stanley S (Staron x Espri) was the winner of Free Jumping competition in Germany with the excellent score of 8,8.
Espri, States Celle Stallion, universally known as the sire of excellent jumping horses, is one of the best sires in Germany, honoured as the best stallion of the year in 1995 in Hanover. His offspring has won € 1.670.615 in competitions. Among his sons stand out: E.T. (€ 979.644 won. Extraordinary horse, belonging to H. Simon, winner of the Hamburg Derby at the age of seven; he also won the World Cup several times and was 4th at the Olympic Games of Atlanta), the stallions Escudo I and II, Edgar (€ 24.505 won. Champion of the World in 1993 at the age of seven), Esprit De Valdemar (extraordinary dressage horse who participated in the Olympic Games in 2000), Elwood (€ 77.221 won), Explosiv (€ 95.260 won) and Elvis winner of the longed-for Burgpokal in 2005 ridden by Nadine Cappelmann. Espri is also sire of 20 stallions approved as breeders, 6 of them are registered in Hanover, of 342 registered broodmares and of 61 States Premium broodmares.
In 2003 Esprina produced Athena di Vallerano selected for the mares show in Verona in 2003.In 2004 she produced Shakira di Vallerano by Staron; in 2005 she produced Sinclair di Vallerano by Staron.
Her second dam Ariane is the daughter of Akzent II, hanoverian stallion who has always sired excellent products. Akzent II began his career as a private stallion in the stud farm Amselhof Walle and as a borrowed stallion in the Celle stud farm where he sired his first and highly appreciated sons such as Acapulco, Akut and Alonso. Many candidates have been successful at the national championships and at Vechta auctions especially the bay horse Aczidos (Vechta 1989 DM 130.000) and the sorrel approved stallion Alabaster (Champion at the Federal Championship for dressage horses in Warendorf in 1994).
