Fascinating foal with superlative basic gaits belonging to an extraordinary stamm.
His mother descends from the Holsteiner 318d2 stamm, the same as the approved stallions Chello I and II, and also Corofino I and II, Camiros and Coriano, handsome horse performer ridden by Judy-Ann Melchior.
Genetics
His sire Lordanos is a professional jumping horse, with great talent. His sire, Landos, one of the youngest sons of the great Lord, inherited from his dam Calypso I and Capitano’s fantastic qualities. His maternal grandfather Ahorn Z descends from two great international champions, Alme and Heureka, and is universally known for the high genetic potential that he passes onto his offspring. His maternal grandmother, Sofia, is the daugther of Calypso I, considered the most versatile Holsteneir stallion in the last few years thanks to the excellent results achievied by his numerous offspring both in dressage and in jumping. Another important ancestor is Cottage Song××. Lordanos’s dam and sire successfully represent the high quality of the Stamm Holstein 776 from which descend numerous approved stallions and as many important sport horses such as: Calvados I and II, Capitan Incipit, Lord Incipit, Lauritz J. Rossigni, Toledo and the legendary Ramiro.
Lordanos is achieving excellent sports results and is one of the main representatives of the Hannoveraner winning in top-level show jumping competitions.
Lordanos’s foals are highly appreciated for the homogeneity of their type and the excellent quality of their movements and they exceeded all expectations. They’ve already been presented at the Championships in Segeberg, in Holstein and in Ganderkesee where they obtained large consents by the public. They also had success at the auctions in Vechta, in Verden and in Landshut.
His first sons have already been noted and they are achieving excellent results in sport competitions. His offspring has won € 45.369 in competition, while in the élite inspections for broodmares, his daughters distinguished themselves and received the prize for the condition.
Four of his sons are approved stallions, among them two have been approved in Hannover, one of them, Lissabon, is listed in the stallions stud-book.
Lordanos is approved for Oldemburgo, Hannover, Holstein, Bayern, Westfalen, Rhineland, Hessen, Baden-Würtemberg, Sachsen-anhalt, Berlino-Brandeburg and Belgium.
His mum Conny derives from Contender, the winner of the Holsteiner stallions licensing in 1986, in 1987 he won the Performance Test at Adelheidsdorf, 1st out of 45 stallions in the 100 days test where he achieved a total index of 133,41 and an index of 146,62 in jumping showing his extraordinary qualities. Sire of many jumpers who compete in top level sport competitions, Contender, horse of beautiful model with a good conformation and excellent qualities, produced sons who are highly appreciated for their qualities of versatility, personality and reliability both in sport and in breeding.
He is at the top of the rankings edited by FN in Germany, Contender is considered one of the best breeders for indices of transmissibility. Sire of numerous approved stallions like Contendro, Contango, Camiros, Cordobes l, winners of Performance Test, he also produced many broodmares awarded States Premium for model and gaits and numerous international winners like Controe (J. Kreutzmann); Carlos 123 (M. Renzel); Montender (individual and team bronze medal at Olympic games in Athens 2004; in 2005 team and individual European Champion in show jumping ridden by the young German rider Marco Kutscher); Checkmate (gold medal in the European Championship and great winner in CSI and CSIO ridden by Meredith Michaels Beerbaum).
His second dam Gracia III derives from the founder Sandro, Holsteiner stallion, excellent international jumper ridden by F. Sloothaak and established breeder. Sandro is the sire of more than 20 approved stallions in Germany; among them there is Silvio I, approved stallion in Oldenburg, Hannover, Westfalen, Hessen, Trakehner, Sachsen, Baden Wurrtenberg, Holland, France and Italy; sire of numerous approved stallions, States Premium broodmares for model and gaits who, in their turn, have produced approved stallions like Converter, Embassy I, II and III, Lassini, ecc. and numerous performers among which the extraordinary Shutterfly, winner of the 2005 World Cup in Las Vegas and double bronze medal at 2006 Weg in Aquisgrana with Meredith Michaels Beerbaum. In 2007 once again the exceptional Shutterfly didn’t disappoint and, ridden by Meredith Michaels Beerbaum, achieved the individual gold medal and the team silver medal in the European Championships in Mennheim in Germany.
